This criminal original petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the above case in S.C.No.223/2016 on the file of the Sub Court / Assistant Sessions Court, Kallakurichi, to the file of any other District Sessions Court, more specifically to the Mahila Court at Villupuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the accused have also filed CMP.No.5207 of 2016 in SC.No.223 of 2016 for withdrawing the case from the file of the Assistant Sessions Court, Kallakurichi and transfer the same to the Mahila Court, Villupuram.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram and report no objection, if so advised. With the above direction, this petition is closed. 09.11.2016 mk To
