The petitioner seeks modification in the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 22.03.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.1574 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1065 of 2023, that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Chengalpattu.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is poor and he is unable to fetch sureties to execute bond of Rs.25,000/- and therefore, he seeks for modification to reduce the amount to Rs.10,000/-.
3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are inclined to pass the following order:- (i) The condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Chengalpattu is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court (Mahila Court, Chengalpattu). https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.1/2
