Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to settle the issue to the depositors through Nodal Officer Hon`ble Retired Judge, Mr.Akbar Ali in Crl.O.P.No.32150 of 2012 in Crime No.3 of 2012 on the file of the respondent. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.C.RAMESH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court had already granted extension of time to the petitioner for a period of two weeks on 06.09.2021 in Crl.MP.No.8813 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.32150 of 2012 to settle the issue to the depositors through Nodal Officer Hon'ble Retired Judge Mr.Akbar Ali. Now the petitioner, has filed this application for further extension of time to settle the issue to the depositors.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of ten months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to settle the issue to the depositors through Nodal Officer Hon'ble Retired Judge, Mr.Akbar Ali. All other conditions remain unaltered.
