ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.10.2021 for the offence under Section 399 IPC in Cr.No.138 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have been preparing to commit dacoity. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there is one previous case as against the petitioner for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of I.P.C.

5.Considering the nature of the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the nature of the previous case as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
