This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking police protection alleging that under the guise of investigating the theft complaint against the son of the petitioner, the petitioner is being harassed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the accused in Cr.No.192 of 2024 secured and later released on bail, police is not harassing the petitioner herein.
