ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.150 of 2018.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 15.07.2025, this Court passed the following order:

"....10. Accordingly, the Director General of Police Tamil Nadu, is hereby directed to initiate departmental action against all the officers named above who handled the investigation in Crime No.150 of 2018 and file a final report within a reasonable time. A detailed action taken report shall be filed before this Court on or before 14.08.2025.

11. Post the matter under the caption "For filing Action taken Report" on 18.08.2025."

3. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the order of this Court, dated 15.07.2025, action taken report has been filed, wherein it has been indicated that action has been taken against errand officials and show cause notice has been issued.
