This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct to pass necessary orders that the Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar to commence the trial immediately and to dispose the case as expeditiously as possible as pending in the above said C.C.No.293 of 2017 in Crime No.188 of 2015 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.293 of 2017 in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
