Crl.M.P.No.11977 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13023 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13023 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 to report before the North Beach Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., for two weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13023 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
