This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 252 days in filing the criminal appeal as against Judgment dated 07.12.2023 passed in Spl.S.C.No.39 of 2023 on the file of Session Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Court) at Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 252 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
