O R D E R

This Court had passed the following order in the writ petition:- "

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the

respondent to determine the eligible benefits payable to the petitioner and, after determining that particular amount, to pay the same together with interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date on which the petitioner had retired from service till the date of actual disbursement of the amount.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs."

2. It is informed that an order has been passed on 08.05.2025 in CO1/TNSTC/Legal/SLM/WP/5057/2025. A calculation memo had also been forwarded by the respondent.

3. It is also informed that the Payment of Gratuity (Amendment) Act, 2018, had come into effect only 29.03.2018 and the writ petitioner had attained the age of retirement on 30.04.2017 and therefore, the Amendment Act would not be applicable to the petitioner herein.

4. Since there is a compliance of directions issued, no further

directions are required.
