The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.06.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 118(1) and 1/4

109 of BNS, 2023 in connection with Crime No.358 of 2025, on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 branding him as 'Goonda'.
