ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.104 of 2025 on the file of second respondent to the third respondent.
2. The main ground on which the transfer is sought is that after registration of the First Information Report there is no progress in the investigation. The complaint has been lodged by the father against his son. The crux of the allegation indicate that there is dispute between the father and son over selling of a land belonging to father.
3. The petitioner has also filed HCP.603 of 2025 alleging that there is illegal detention of her husband. In the said HCP, this Court by an Order dated 08.04.2025 had held that the petitioner's complaint is in the process of investigation and directed the second respondent therein to expedite investigation and file final report. Once again the present petition has been filed for transfer of investigation. The husband of the petitioner is in the custody of the petitioner's relative. In such view of the matter let the police probe in whose custody, the husband of the petitioner is in and let the respondents also prosecute them for filing false cases. Hence, I do not find any merits in this petition.
