Crl.M.P.No.11315 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14540 of 2024 P.DHANABAL,J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14540 of 2024 dated 11.07.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and the investigation has been completed.

3. Considering the said submission, considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with conditions and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on every first working day of the English Calender month for six (6) months."
