This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4956 of 2023 dated 09.03.2023 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders at Yelagiri Police Station at Tirupattur, Vellore District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks to modify the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner had complied with the conditions only for two days.

4. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4956 of 2023 dated 09.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above direction, this criminal miscellaneous petition is modified.
