Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to accept the loan application forwarded by the 3rd respondent in a remote scheme and sanction the loan to the petitioner by considering petitioner representation dt 3.4.2013.

2 When the matter is taken for hearing, counsel for the respondent/Indian Bank submitted that eligible amount would be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3 Recording the said statement, the writ petitioner is disposed of by directing the respondent Bank to pass an appropriate order on the application for sanction of loan on merit and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4 The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed. No costs. 5 In view of the order passed in W.P.No.26596 of 2013, the other writ petitions in W.P.Nos.26597 to 26603 of 2013 and 27030 to 27039 of 2013 are also disposed of on the same line. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
