2.It is seen from the E-Court extract that the HMOP is being adjourned for enquiry from 15.11.2019 onwards till 20.11.2021 for nearly two years.

3.In view of the same, the learned Principal Sub-ordinate Judge, Kallakurichi is directed to dispose of HMOP.No.85 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of either web copy or certified copy of this order.

4.This civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
