This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 14.07.2023 in W.P.No.20928 of 2023, wherein, this Court had directed the respondent to pay interest at 4% per annum on

the belated payment of retirement benefits to the petitioner. 2.Now, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the Demand Draft in the name of the petitioner and Calculation Memo in this regard.

3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed, recording compliance.
