This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 14.07.2023, made in W.P.No.20929 of 2023,

directing the respondent Corporation to pay 4% interest per annum for the belated payments of retirement benefits to the petitioner. 2.Today, the learned counsel on either side would submit that the amounts have been paid and the orders of this Court have been complied with. A copy of the Demand Draft is also produced before this Court. 3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed, recording compliance.
