This Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 171 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A.

2. The first respondent remained ex-parte before the Tribunal. Hence, notice to first respondent is dispensed with.

3. Mr.J.Micheal Visuvasam, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company.

5.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned on the condition that the petitioners shall forfeit the interest for the delay period in the event this Court enhanced the compensation. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
