THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.11427 of 2021 IN CRL OP.8802 of 2021 KARPAGAVALLI [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, RAMANATHAM POLICE STATION, TITAGUDI TALUK, CUDDALORE DISTRICT (CRIME NO.48 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition impsed in order dated 17.09.2021 in CRL.M.P.No.9396 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8802 of 2021 in Paragraph No.(4) Accordingly the condition is sofaras as appearance as imposed by order dated 19.05.2021 alone stands modified that till filling the charge sheet the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MEGANATHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8802 of 2021 on 19.05.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30.a.m., for interrogation on receipt of summons.
