(CR.NO.177/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time by one weeks in Crl.OP.No.9893 of 2021 order dated 04.06.2021 for comply with the condition of this Hon`ble Court and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MEGANATHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 04.06.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions. All other conditions remain unaltered.
