This contempt petition has been filed consequent to an order of this Court dated 17.03.2025 in W.P. No. 32721 of 2019. 2.
It is submitted by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the first respondent that the order has been complied by considering the representation of the petitioner. A copy of the order in Na.Ka.No.5390/CiVi1/S1/2025 dated 14.07.2025 passed by the first respondent has also been filed in complying the order, which is placed on record. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, she is at liberty to challenge the same.
