( CR.NO.177/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modified the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9893 of 2021 order dated 04.06.2021 in para 8(a) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five thousand only) towards the covid relief fund, in favour of the District Medical Officer, Cuddalore, for comply with the condition of this Hon`ble Court and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MEGANATHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN,Govt. Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the paragraph No.8 (a) imposed in the order dated 04.06.2021 passed in Crl.O.P.No.9893 of 2021.
2. The order at Paragraph No.8 (a) dated 04.06.2021 passed in Crl.O.P.No.9893 of 2021 which is extracted below:- 8......
(a). The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) Towards the Covid Relief Fund, in favour of the District Medical Office, Cuddalore.
3. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that there is no District Medical Office at Cuddalore. Hence, the petition.
4. Accordingly, this Court modifies the condition imposed in paragraph No.8 (a) which reads as below:- 8......
"(a). The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of the Registered Advocate Clerk Association Cuddalore."
5. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court modifies the paragraph No.8 (a) which reads as above. With regard to the other conditions are to be followed as implicated by this Court in the order dated 04.06.2021. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
