ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct inspection and to provide the certificate to the petitioner in order to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender process.

Heard Mr.A.Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for 1st respondent and Mr.Abishek Murthy, learned Standing Counsel, for respondents 2 and 3.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the spot inspection was conducted on 28.06.2025 and that the certificate will be issued to the petitioner today i.e on 30.06.2025.

Recording the above, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
