Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.GOPALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.R.VINOTHRAJA, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the R-1 & R-2 the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time by a further two weeks to comply with the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10379 of 2021, dated 14.06.2021.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was suffering from Jaundice and hence, he was not able to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai (Special Court, for SC/ST (POA) Act Cases). Therefore, he prayed for extension of time to comply with the order of this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Court is inclined to grant two weeks time for surrender. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai (Special Court, for SC/ST (POA) Act Cases), within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
