This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 07.07.2023, passed in Crl.O.P.No.9370 of 2023, in paragraph No.(3) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in a week morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
