This petition is filed to relax the condition passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.908 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025 in paragraph No.3 of its order in respect of appearance of the petitioner before the respondent police.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
