This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to speed up the enquiry and dispose of S.T.C.No.193 of 2023 at the earliest within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Considering the fact that the case is of the year 2023, the Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Ambattur, is directed to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.193 of 2023 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
