Order This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2026. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 3rd respondent is making an attempt to lay a road in the petitioner's patta land. Without issuing any notice, the 3rd respondent has measured the petitioner's land and marked 10 feet unlawfully for laying a road. Aggrieved over the same the petitioner has also filed a suit in O.S.No.130 of 2024 before the District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur. However, the other official respondents are attempting to measure the petitioner's land and demarcate the boundaries to lay the road. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 02.06.

2026 to the 2nd respondent, seeking not to measure the petitioner's land and disturb her possession till the disposal of the suit. However, the said representation was not considered by the 2nd respondent. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2026 will be considered and disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government's Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 5.Considering the submission made by both parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent specifically to verify whether there is any cart track where the 3rd respondent intends to lay a road and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, both parties are directed to maintain status quo. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
