2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that as against the order of this Court dated 14.02.2020, the respondent has preferred a Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P.(c).No.8692 of 2021 and the same is pending. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Contempt Petition stands closed, granting liberty to the petitioner, to revive the Contempt Petition, if necessary after disposal of the Special Leave Petition.
