ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect. Learned counsel also submitted a letter dated 27.06.2016 to the Registry to that effect.

2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 27.06.2016 to the Registry and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
