Learned counsel for the first respondent/plaintiff has stated no objection for allowing this application, which has been filed by the 12th defendant in the suit seeking for deletion of their name from the array of party defendant in the suit. 2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown. 3.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the 12th defendant is deleted from the array of party defendant in the suit. 4.Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment accordingly.
