The petition is to quash the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.31 of 2011 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee Villupuram District for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 294 (b), 323 (2 cents), 325, 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent reported that five witnesses have already been examined out of ten witnesses by the prosecution.

3. In view of the advanced stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. However, the petitioners are at liberty to raise all their contentions before the trial Court. 2/4

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
