ORDER

The petitioner calls in question the proceedings dated 06.09.2012 of the second respondent by which the third respondent was selected and appointed as Noon Meal Organiser in Ponniyendhal Village Noon Meal Centre.

Heard the counsel on either side. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in respect of the very same selection process, selecting the third respondent as Noon Meal Organiser in the proceedings dated 06.09.2012, yet another unsuccessful candidate namely M. Sumathi has filed WP No. 27778 of 2012 before this Court and it was dismissed on 26.04.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Challenging the order dated 26.04.2013 in WP No. 27778 of 2012, the said N. Sumathi has filed Writ Appeal No. 1930 of 2013 before the Division Bench of this Court and the same was also dismissed by Judgment dated 12.09.2014.

In the light of the fact that the very same selection process in which the third respondent was selected was subjected to challenge before this Court and it reached a finality by Judgment dated 12.09.2014 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WA No. 1930 of 2013, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
