The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below, seeking extension of time to complete the trial in C.C.No.38 of 2021.

Though the learned Principal Special Judge, Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai had sought for extension of some more time, considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this court feels it appropriate to extend the time by two months and accordingly, it is extended by two months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry. 21.04.2022 Note to office:- Principal Special Judge, Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai may be apprised of the extension of time forthwith.
