The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 of I.P.C, in Crime No. Not known of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the defacto complainant had lodged a complaint as against the petitioner, enquiry is pending and so far, no case is registered as against the petitioner herein and assured that they will complete the enquiry as early as possible. 3.Since no case is registered as against the petitioner and the respondent police is only enquiring the matter based on a complaint given by the defacto complainant and no apprehension of arrest.
