ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner is the father of one minor girl by name Malathi, aged 17 years. On the allegation that she was found missing from 14.2.2016, the petitioner made a complaint to the second respondent. Since the girl was not secured, he has come up with this present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the girl was secured by the second respondent and was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur, who in turn has entrusted her to the custody of her parents. The said practice is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
