2. It is informed that there is a typographical error in Paragraph No.7. I have perused the order. Indeed, there is a typographical error in Paragraph No.7, instead of the word "dismissed", the word "allowed" has been typed by oversight. Registry is therefore directed to carry out the necessary corrections and re-issue the order copy to the respective learned Counsel appearing for the parties.

3. All other observations in the earlier order dated 22.02.2023 shall remain unaltered.
