Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed the writ petition praying to direct the respondents to allot the Plot No.142 and 13 Housing Plots at Kamarajar Nagar, Needamangalam village, Thiruvarur District.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioners has not impleaded the Needamangalam Taluk Cooperative Society Limited, Needamangalam as a party to the present petition. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that liberty may be granted to file a fresh writ petiton.
