ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 23.01.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.34977 of 2023, thereby directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the judgment delivered in C.A.No.6798 of 2019 dated 02.09.2019 and the order passed in W.P.No.19203 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent considered the case of the petitioner and passed order in G.O.(2D)No.158 Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.2(ii)) Department, dated 11.08.2025. He also produced a copy of the government order dated 11.08.2025, before this Court.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
