Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.VASANTH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 22.09.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17550 of 2021 to execute sureties.
