ORDER

This Original Petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking to declare the petitioner as the legal guardian of the person of the minor child viz., Vishwa Pranav, aged nine years and to grant permanent 1/4

custody of the person, minor child Vishwa Pranav, aged nine years to the petitioner herein.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both side learned Counsels represented that the matter has already been referred to the learned Mediator pursuant to the order of this Court dated 17.03.2025 and the matter has been compromised before the learned Mediator, Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras. The Mediation and Conciliation Centre has now forwarded a report along with enclosing a Joint Compromise Memo, dated 26.08.2025 entered into between the parties.

The said Joint Compromise Memo entered into between the parties is affirmed by the learned Counsels. Both the petitioner and the respondent are present before this Court and they admitted to their signatures and also the terms of the Memorandum of Compromise.

In view of the above, the Original Petition is 2/4

disposed of as per the Joint Compromise Memo. There shall be no order as to costs. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 26.08.2025 shall form part of this order.
