Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the name of the third defendant is Vetrivel. However, it was wrongly typed in the plaint as Vadivel. Therefore, this application.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing this application.

In view of the reasons stated that the third defendant name was wrongly typed as Vadivel instead of Vetrivel, this application is allowed. The third defendant name may be amended as Vetrivel instead of Vadivel.
