This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 04.07.2024, made in W.P.No.10477 of 2021, directing the respondent either to recover stamp duty and registration charges or initiate action under Section 83 of the Registration Act, 1908. 2.Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and notice has been issued for recovery of stamp duty and registration charges and an amount of Rs.65,000/- has already been recovered.
