ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 18.04.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.16143 of 2021, thereby directed the respondents to disburse the admitted balance amount of Rs.1,09,17,728/- with interest at the rate of 6% per annum to the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents disbursed the entire amount to the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the receipt dated 20.08.2025, before this Court.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
