ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking anticipatory bail for the alleged offences under Section 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.641 of 2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the offence mentioned in the FIR is only bailable offence. Hence, granting anticipatory bail doesn't arise.

3.The above submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded and accordingly, this petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in accordance with law.
