The learned Government Advocate would contend that all further action in Cr.No.607/2012 of Thudiyalur Police Station were dropped by the second respondent and a referred charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore on 09.10.2012 and nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. He also produced the entire CD file relating to Cr.No.607/2012 of Thudiyalur Police Station, Coimbatore District.
