This Criminal Revision Case is preferred against the order of dismissal of petition filed under section 156(3) Cr.P.C., by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondent therein to register a case based on his complaint dated 16.12.2021.
2. This Court, in the above Criminal Revision Case, after hearing the arguments of petitioner/party-in-person and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, allowed the same on 26.09.2022 by directing the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to the 2nd respondent on or before 30.09.2022 and on receipt of such complaint, the 2nd respondent police was further directed to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner and file a charge sheet on or before 04.11.2022 before the jurisdictional court and file a compliance report regarding the same on 07.11.2022.
3. On 7.11.2022, the time given for filing charge sheet is extended by this Court till 25.11.2022 and on 25.11.2022, before the Court, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a report and a copy of the report was also served on the petitioner-in-person. 1/3

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that as per the direction of this Court, a case was registered in Crime No.220 of 2022 under section 465, 467, 468, 471 read with sections 34 and 1290 IPC, and after investigating the case, the respondent police came to a conclusion that the dispute is of civil in nature and thereby closed the complaint as 'civil in nature'. Pursuant to which, a final report has been filed and having regard to the same, RCS.Notice No.21 of 2022, dated 25.11.2022.was also served on the defacto complainant on 26.11.2022.
5. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), since the order of this court dated 26.09.2022 is complied with this Criminal Revision Case is closed.
