This application has been filed by the applicants seeking to file and mark the documents in the pending proceedings TOS.No.51/2001, Tr.C.S.No.597/2010 & TOS.No.47/2016 and dismiss the Application No.4903/2019 in TOS.No.51/2001.

2. Since the learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection in allowing the application, this application is allowed and the applicants are permitted to mark the documents subject to proof and relevance. Registry is directed to post the matter before the learned Master-II on 27.09.2019.

3. Considering the fact that the suit was filed in the year 1999, the trial shall be completed within a period of six weeks.
