Mr.L.Rajasekar, the learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. 2.Crl.R.C.Nos.243 and 244 of 2013, filed by the same petitioner, came to be dismissed for default. The above Crl.M.P.Nos.11963 and 11964 of 2024 are now filed to restore them. The revision petitioner herein has suffered a term of sentence for an offence u/s.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. 3.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the revision petitioner is willing to deposit the entire cheque amount in the Court. 4.These petitions stand allowed on the condition that the revision petitioner deposits the entire cheque amount involved in both the cases to the credit of the case before the trial Court on or before 13.09.2024. No.244 of 2013 is not listed, but this Court is only considering the Crl.M.P.Nos.11963 and 11964 of 2024 for restoration. 6.Once the Crl.R.C.Nos.243 and 244 of 2013 are restored, it will be taken up for final hearing on 24.09.2024.
